The day begins with a sunrise meditation (7am), followed by Tai Chi (8am) and breakfast (8:20am). During the lunch break, there will be ample unscheduled time for guided mountain walks and personal time.

Followed by small group & plenary dialogue on media that has touched and inspired us, and time to reflect in silence on what took place this segment.

SHOWCASE II: The Rise in Community Media
Presenters: Joan Tower, Jeremy Iggers

Followed by small group & plenary dialogue on media that has prompted the feeling of connection to a particular community, and time to reflect in silence on what took place this segment.

AFTERNOON SESSION [4pm - 7:30pm]

SHOWCASE III: Media as Advocacy
Presenters: John Drew, Victor Merina

Followed by small group & plenary dialogue on media as advocacy, and time to reflect in silence on what took place this segment.

SHOWCASE IV: Thought Provoking Work from the Community
Presenters: David Lee and Tony Guglielmi, Dan Grech, Keith Hammonds, Geri Weis-Corbley

Followed by a reflection and short meditation by Sister Mohini on the role of awareness in the media we create [inner media]
